vative Aftermarket Systems did not honor my warranty when my motorhome experienced a major failure in the transmission. I paid $8,000 for the extended warranty and they couldn't pay out $500.00 to fix a part that was keeping the transmission from going into drive.

The motorhome was not able to be driven and as a result they should have covered the repair. The warranty on the coach is no longer valid so I must rely on the after market warranty that I purchased from AIS Direct. Their claims department is not helpful and basically laughed at me when I said I was going to cancel the policy and file a complaint.

Totally unacceptable. Do not get their warranty.
